10 minute school is looking for IT Officer (Executive) 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and implement network solutions for new offices and improve the efficiency of current networks
- Manage and ensure day-to-day operations including installation, configuration, maintenance and access management of Internal Systems including NAS, RFID, CCTV system etc.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers regarding system requirements, changes or upgrades
- Coordinate regular repair, upgrade and change requirements of systems and devices
- Enhance network security, as well as document network processes and cabling layouts
- Monitor infrastructure resource utilisation and performance, improve the efficiency of existing systems, and ensure 24×7 service availability

Eligibilities
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant IT related curriculum
- 1 year of experience in IT operations is preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and G-suite (Excel, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Docs)
- Good knowledge of network and security protocols
- Must be technically sound in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to infrastructure and services
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Collaboration & Influencing Skills
