10 minute school is looking for Head of Sales (General Manager/AVP) 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving the overall Sales Metrics and Strategies for the organization
- Being a part of and Working closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
- Creating and executing inbound and outbound strategies for increasing Customer
- Experience and Sales Metrics
- Driving the Affiliation Sales Channel strategies to ensure sales target achievement along with Affiliate Acquisition, Activation and Retention Goals
- Ensuring effective sales activation strategies to achieve targeted warm leads for the Outbound Team
- Guiding our Sales team and front-line managers to optimize and transform our current systems, processes, and analytics
- Create an extensive training plan for training sales personnel at different levels in accordance with the organization’s brand positioning
- Partnering with EPD and Marketing teams on planning key initiatives to drive movement through the sales funnel
- Create and manage an opportunity pipeline towards new sales wins

Eligibilities
- Bachelors degree from any UGC approved university
- A seasoned sales expert with 7+ years of sales experience with a history of driving successful sales strategies and managing teams.
- Experience in managing digital sales channels will be given priority
- Experience in a leadership role, building and managing revenue organizations with the ability to hire, retain and motivate our existing team and future talent.
- Experience in leading and managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment year over year.
- A data-driven mindset that focuses on maximizing sales efforts while driving effective and efficient measures to grow the business profitably.
- Ability to manage multiple sales channels simultaneously, independently, and with high fidelity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and influencing skills, along with experience working with senior leadership
- Strong project management skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills
