Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the budget and resources for the engineering team.

Eligibilities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field (e.g., mathematics, physics), or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to lead through influence, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to recruit, develop technical talent, and inspire/motivate the engineering team to work together as a cohesive and productive unit.
- Strong experience in developing and managing a microservice-based ecosystem using JavaScript and Golang.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes deployment, maintenance, and monitoring in AWS/GCP/Azure using CI/CD pipelines.
- Extensive knowledge of network, service, and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.
- Strong knowledge of modern backend technologies, including but not limited to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Working experience with Git, JIRA, and other modern development tools.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability of backend systems.
