- Managing large scale inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Delivering product briefs/information to customers.
- Providing solutions by acknowledging customer’s problems.
- Building sustainable relationships with customers.
- Setting and meeting the customer care team’s goals/targets.
- Managing customer queries on social media and emails.

Eligibilities
- Previous relevant experience in Customer Support
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer’s problem listening and solving skills
- Convince customers and collect feedback from customers
- Proper knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office Suite
- Spontaneous skill in typing
- Customer centered mentality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Punctual and Professional
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Not Mandatory).
Qualification:
- Education- HSC or equivalent
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
