10 Minute School is hiring Product Manager – Level 2 (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineers, designers and leadership to ideate & deliver products that advance the 10 Minute School mission.
- Be responsible for a product track and create the PRDs, release plans, etc to align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
- Work with engineers, BI analysts and senior leadership to turn our vision into a strategy and roadmap every quarter.
- Research and stay ahead of new and upcoming technology/trends in the edtech space

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing digital consumer products
- Experience with educational/content products or with technical products or platforms
- Built products by collaborating across engineering, operations, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges
- Approached product management from a user’s vantage point and is motivated by the chance to improve the lives of customers
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to release
- A whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
- The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- Not only shipped new products, but is obsessed about continuous product improvement
