Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Create detailed financial models to support decision-making and funding proposals.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Manage external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Implement audit recommendations and continuously improve financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Investor Relations Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare and present financial reports and updates to investors and the board.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital management.
- Implement cash flow forecasting to support financial planning.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA or ACCA qualification preferred
- At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience working in multi-national companies like banks, telecommunication, or FMCG is highly desirable.
- Experience working as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar role.
- Track record of playing multiple roles throughout the career
- Strong corporate finance experience.
