Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company social media accounts management
- Develop strategy of engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Manage social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
The Role:
We are looking for individuals who can manage social-media channels, team members, and campaigns to engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Their job role includes the creation of content that drives their brand and engages customers.

Eligibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelors in any discipline, preferably business, from any reputed university; Marketing major preferable.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing/advertising/agencies in the field of client servicing and content development; Digital marketing would be preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Time management skills.
- Works well in a team and with a range of creative people.
- Excellent in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
