- Designing and executing acquisition, activation, retention & engagement strategy for assigned programs
- Designing curriculum with SME’s and Instructors
- Managing typist, infographers to create contents
- Managing quizzes and exams for assigned programs with SME’s and Instructors
- Ensuring paid customer & consumer communications
- Conducting program based research & ensuring content excellence
- Designing and executing program based campaigns
