10 Minute School is hiring Admin Manager (Sr. Executive/Associate) 2022 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and security measures in the office
- Ensure stocking and supplies in the office as per requirement
- Oversee the canteen operations and ensure quality of food
- Manage Office Finance in collaboration with Finance Team
- Manage and provide logistics support for internal & external events/ meetings etc
- Manage and maintain overall office setup, asset placement and shifting
- Maintain office-related documentation and manage regular operational activities & inventories
- Coordinate procurement tasks in collaboration with Finance and HR Team
