10 Minute School is hiring a Outbound Channel Manager (Assistant/Deputy Manager) 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead different teams( Station, Virtual, 3p, SMS) of outbound sales representatives and operations workforce to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage third party partners and develop strategies and fulfil their need
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability
- Mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Manage a large volume of leads from different sources and cohorts and utilize them correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular QA review and implement new modules as per campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments (Bangladesh Education Sector).
- Formulate lead generation strategies and ideas.
- Develop policies to improve the overall operational flow and efficiency of the sales representatives.
- Identify areas of improvement in the operations to generate revenue at optimum efficiency.
- Manage vendors for solutions, software & tools support. Find and adapt to new technologies and implement efficient tools as required by the team

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Outbound Tele sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership & people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic BI tools operating ability
- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
