Job Responsibilities:
- Knowing the process of recruitment and selection thoroughly.
- Generate Leads and manage social media sites
- Needs to do performance management.
- Needs to have constant urge of learning and developing.
- Successful planning.
- Needs to know the company’s vision and should have a goal orientation to work towards it
- Screening CVs, conducting interviews, overseeing the process, etc.
- Direct and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Develop detailed job descriptions for new positions.
- Maintenance of new employee information, entry into the system, and employee access.
- Taking charge of employees’ welfare and leave management.

Qualifications:
