Teach It Limited, an EduTech company powered by the ICT Ministry of Bangladesh is looking for an exceptional ‘Online Tutor Intern’ to join their teacher team. As a part of the core team, the intern will be working to create and design effective recorded courses/ classes for High School Students. The tutor will use our website, Facebook page, and Facebook group to reach learners all over Bangladesh and impact the lives of many.
Recruitment Phases:
- One month-long probation period.
- Three months long internship (teacher training + task) – Remuneration* certificate* Recommendation letter*
- Final recruitment (Permanent)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design Course Plans: The tutor is required to design effective course plans for each class and follow all NCTB curriculum requirements.
- Create recorded courses with the name of the course, how many videos would be, and the duration.
- Create Assignments/Quiz for online learners.
- Engage with Students through our Facebook group.
- Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning.
- Provide feedback to students.
- Showcase satisfactory performance in online training.

Eligibilities
- Familiar with recorded class, know, and interested deeply in this sector.
- Excellent computer skills and experience in working with software like Microsoft Office, Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Streamyard, Loom, and other recording software.
- Previous Teaching experience. (Experience of doing recorded videos would be prioritized)
- Strong Communication skills – strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English to instruct and educate students.
- Ability to take feedback from supervisors and the team.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proactive, Accountable, and Team player.
