Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of organizational level Job Description & documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of Yearly performance Evaluation data.
- Ad-hoc support to the talent management and performance team to achieve high-performance growth.

- Salary: BDT 7,000.
- Fully subsidized lunch: Lunch is provided through our home catering services and is fully subsidized for our intern.

- Mobile Allowance: Employees are provided with a company owned postpaid SIM card through which they can avail the services offered by the SIM card company.
- Weekly 05 working days.
Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university in Human Resource Management. However, student of last semester of Bachelor’s/Master’s can apply as well as who are left with Internship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong execution skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literacy in Google Workspace.
