Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Generate, edit, publish and share high quality engaging content daily
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Contribute to email marketing by distributing emails through the use of automation software
- Engage with relevant influencers to build brand awareness
- Facilitate brand scaling by amplifying and highlighting positive customer feedback
- Create viable plans to grow and maintain followers through other popular social media platforms such as Pinterest, Youtube, and Snapchat
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions/contests

- HSC/A-levels

- Proficient with social media and digital platforms
