Responsibility:
- Candidates have to make inbound and outbound calls and write professional emails to sell our services by giving detail information and offers with the appropriate accents.
- Overall relationship with the Product Team & Customers.
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our Client.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result in Oriented
