Job Description:-
- Conduct phone screens for various roles within the organization, offering comprehensive information about the company, its products, and the entire recruitment process to candidates.
- Evaluate resumes to determine candidate suitability for both the role and company culture.
- Maintain prompt communication throughout the recruitment journey, from initial phone screen to final interview.
- Assist Senior TA Specialists in sourcing candidates through our ATS and leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews with hiring teams located across different global regions.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key, being prepared for sudden changes.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working across different time zones, embracing the dynamic nature of a global organization.
