Young Bangla strives to empower youth to build future leaders who can contribute to local and national development. The long-term mission is to ensure sustainability for youth-led initiatives and dispersal of winning ideas and endeavors. Microsoft and Young Bangla collaboratively giving internship opportunity to university students. Unlike other the internship programs, the one with Microsoft Bangladesh aims to provide students and ICT enthusiasts with short-term placements. As of now, 350 Young Bangla members, including 50 award winners, received internships with Microsoft Bangladesh.
