Internship Responsibilities:
- Lipy Paper Mills Ltd is located 2 hours from Dhaka Metropolitan situated in the Asian Highway/ Madanpur Highway, Kachpur. The mill manufactures Printing grade papers from 50 gsm to 300 gsm highest from 100% imported wood pulp with brand new Italian Machines.
- We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
- HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.
- We will be recruiting talented and strong willing, self motivating individuals for our 2023 summer internship at our Lipy Paper Mills Ltd factory. Interns will work under the supervision of Deputy Managing Director to develop, implement and maintain our monthly growth target in local and foreign countries.
Duration of Internship: 3 months (January 1, 2023 – April 1, 2023)
Remuneration: 8,000 taka
Job Location: Factory (Changine-Beside Polli Biddut Office, Kanchpur, Sonargaon, Narayanganj)
Lipy paper Mills Ltd is a paper manufacturing company in Bangladesh. Lipy Paper Mills has obtained the licence from the government to export 50% of its products to various countries and rest is to be sold in domestic market.

Eligibilities
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, and analytical skills.
- Need to possess high patience during the coarse of internship
- Effective oral and written communication skills, leadership experience and self-motivation
- Majoring in Human Resources.
- Preferable candidates from any University
- Bachelors degree holders only.
- This job requires long hours and dedication so please be prepared.
