Responsibilities
- maintain employee attendance, disciplinary channel and gather payroll data like leaves, working hours
- screen resumes and application forms
- post, update and remove job ADs from job boards, career pages and social networks
- address employee queries and discusses with supervisor
- assist to HR manager review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- update their internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment details
- participate in company events and career days if any
- performing other duties as assigned by the HR manager or top management of CTBD
