Candidates after successful completion of the internship will be offered a full-time job as Business Development Executive/Marketing Executive based on their capability.

Responsibilities after being a full-time employee:

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Pitching products and/or services.
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person.
• Keep the prospective client database updated.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Developing quotes and proposals.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets (local, International).
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
