Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the timely sharing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Vendor Deducted at Source (VDS) related documents with vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collect, update, and organize hard copy files, maintaining an efficient and organized filing system for financial documents.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and files as required, ensuring completeness and easy retrieval of information.
- Verify the validity of petty cash claims submitted by employees, following established guidelines and policies.
- Review and validate MDS (Mileage, Dining, and Stay) conveyance claims in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support the payroll team by assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist in various administrative tasks related to paperwork, such as printing documents, collecting signatures, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide assistance in processing vendor bills, including expenses related to car fuel, overtime, and other relevant expenditures.
- Be flexible and ready to take on other finance and accounting-related tasks as needed to support the team and department’s goals.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards Professional Qualification &/or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
- Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
