Notre Dame Business Club presents “Business Fest Bangladesh” 2019 in Dhaka

Notre Dame Business Club, the pioneer of business clubs has organised many events promoting the students of business studies and promoting the importance of studying business to a mass level. It has started the trend of Business Fests in our country. So after four successful seasons, NDBC is back with the 5th season of ‘Business Fest Bangladesh’ with the motto “Opportunities don’t happen ,You create them .” This time it will be much more exciting and enjoyable. Students from classes 9-12 from different educational institutions are eligible for participation in the events.

Event Description:

Event Name: Business Olympiad

Wear the crown of champion by showing off deepness of knowledge in Accounting, Management, Finance & Banking and General Knowledge by participating in our Olympiad.

Junior Category: Class IX, X and younger
Senior Category: Class XI and XII

Junior Category Subjects:
-Accounting
-Finance and Banking
-Business Entrepreneurship
-General Knowledge

Senior Category Subjects:
-Accounting
-Finance and Banking
-Business Organization and Management
-General Knowledge

Rules and regulations:
▪Participants will have to answer 20 questions from each subjects. Duration- 60 minutes
▪Please bring your necessary equipments for attending the olympiad.
▪On spot registration will be available.
▪You just have to pay 200/- for attending in any events without photography.
▪No separate registration fee for Business Olympiad.

Event Name: Extempore Speech

Are you ready to rock the stage with an impromptu speech on instantly given topic? Test your Business related knowledge by joining this event.

Rules and Regulations:
▪Preferred language is English.
▪Preliminary round will take place on the first day.
▪Participants will get (1+2) = 3 minutes to think and speak about the given topic in Preliminary Round.
▪Selected participants will get (2+3) = 5 minutes to think and speak about the given topic in Final Round.
▪The judges’ decision is final here.
▪On spot registration will be available.
▪You just have to pay 200/- for attending in any events.
▪No separate registration fee for Extempore Speech.

Event Name: PHOTO’S FAIR

No one takes a photograph, they just make it. So take off your camera and shoot some photos. This event is the right place to frame your photos.

Rules and Regulation:
• Each participant can submit maximum 5 photographs.
•Each photo should be renamed as (Participant’s Name)-(Institution Name)-(Contact no.)-(Category-Sector)- (Serial)-(Caption of the photo).
• For example:
“ABCD_NDC_ 01*********_Dslr-college_01_The past of the future”.
•Subject of the Email should be Participants Name, Mobile Number, Category and Sector.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
•No manipulation will be allowed.
•No Borders/ Watermarks/ signature/ logo is allowed.
•All digital entries must be in colour/B&W in .jpeg or .jpg format and the quality of photograph needs to be more than 3000 pixel at least.
•File size: no image should exceed 8Mb.
•Pictures taken by other will not be acceptable.
•When the submission process is done; you are requested to verify the submission by posting a confirmation post in this particular event.
•Selected participants will be notified within 2 days after submission.
