Islami Bank Foundation has been working as a subsidiary organization of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited with separate accounts and administration.
Islami Bank Foundation is arranging a countrywide essay competition 2018 for creating awareness among youth on contemporary issues.
The competition will be held on 4 groups and essay should be submitted in Bangla:
Group A: Dakhil, SSC or equivalent to SSC from Qaomi Madrassa
Duties and responsibilities towards parents and elders / “Mata-Pita o gurujoner proti dayitto o kortobyo”
Group B: College, University, Aliah or equivalent from Qaomi Madrassa
Harmful effect of drug and smoking and the way of salvation/”Dhumpan o madoker dhongshattok porinoti: Muktir upay”
group C: Open for all
Terrorism and extremism from Islamic point of view/ “Chorompntha o Shontrashbad: Islami Drishtikon”
Group D: Bank, Insurance and other financial institution’s current and former personnel
Role of Islamic banking in poverty eradication and socio-economic development of Bangladesh/” Artho-Shamajik unnoyon o daridro bimochone Islami banking er bhumika: Prkkhito Bangladesh”.

- 1st prize- 50,000 Taka
- 2nd prize- 40,000 Taka
- 3rd prize- 30,000 Taka
- 4th prize- 20,000 Taka
- 5th prize- 10,000 Taka
- Consolation Prize 5000 taka for each person will be given to 5 person.
- 40 prizes will be given where 10 prizes are allocated to each group.
- Selected Compositions will be published on Islami Bank Foundation journal or in a book.
