Bodhisatwa Banerjee is a Sales & Marketing Consultant. He also conducts Sales & Soft skills trainings for various corporate. Prior to this Bodhi has got 35 years of experience in Sales Management and Training.
From 1979 to 2013, Bodhi served in various Sales managerial positions for Hindustan Unilever, Benckiser, RPG Telecom (now Idea Cellular) ICI Paints (Now Akzo Nobel) and Group Training Manager in Centum Learning (Bharti Group of companies).

As part of his consulting exposure since 2013, after retiring from Bharti Centum, Bodhi has worked for assignments varying from Sales vertical restructuring, Recruitment and Induction of Junior, Middle & Senior level Sales & Operations Managers, Performance management system and helped Indian and certain Overseas companies to establish their distribution network in India.

Bodhi has trained corporate executives at the Junior, Middle & Senior Management cadre in organizations like HUL, Nepal Levers, ICI Paints (Now Akzo Nobel), Bharti Airtel, Luminaire, Shapoorji Palonji, Hemas Group of Companies (Sri Lanka), ABP/TT, and many others in the areas of Basics of Sales & Marketing, Selling skills, Key Account Management, Distributor Management, Persuasive selling, Sales Forecasting, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork Management, Together we win, Leadership.
