Therap’s in-house Design team support the products through user interface, marketing, training and support materials. The Design team make sure all the materials adhere to the brand guidelines.
Therap is the industry leader in providing electronic records and documentation in long-term care services for people with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities. Therap is a web-based application suite that was designed to provide a comprehensive solution for the planning, documentation, reporting, communication and billing needs of organizations supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community-based services (HCBS) and other settings.
Using secure cloud technology, the Therap system improves the quality of service within day programs, assisted living facilities, ICF/IID facilities, community support programs and state organizations. Daily communication and reporting between the states, administrators, health care professionals, case managers, quality assurance teams and families becomes seamless.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with a collaborative team to create the film or video product
- Setting up and tearing down cameras, lens, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment
- Preparing background film or “B” rolls as well as live feed
- Experience in shooting and editing chroma key(green screen) footage
- Interviewing people and creating a film clip via editing raw footage
- Working in the studio as part of a production team to edit film
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
- Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video

Eligibilities

- Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
- Understanding of post-production techniques
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders to deliver content (video) that meets brand standards and guidelines
- Be creative, and have a variety of technical skills, including experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
- The ability to provide professional insight and advice to produce best results
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
- The ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities as they change
Educational Requirements:
- Educational qualification is flexible, however, you MUST be creative and have good portfolio
