Course Outline:
This course will explore the concepts of Social and Market Research as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods. Discussions will focus on how data helps management to take accurate business decisions.
Modern Market research topics including the following will be discussed –
Brand Equity Index (BEI),
Net Promoter Score (NPS),
Focus Group Discussion (FGD),
Central Location Test (CLT),
Census & Audit,
Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc.
Basic statistical analysis like descriptive statistics, frequency, cross-tabulation, hypothesis testing, etc. will be covered during the classes.
After completing this course, the participants will have a basic idea about the contemporary market research projects, how these projects are being done and how they can select the appropriate research projects for their organization. The participants will also have a broad understanding of the interpretations of modern market research methods.
