This unique programme is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate your readiness to take on business leadership roles. The programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training, professional development, big responsibilities and international exposure early on in your career.
During the programme, you will be evaluated against your performance and provided regular feedback and coaching to build on your key strengths and development areas.

- Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree from any discipline, having completed all courses no later than February 2019
