Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
Business/IT graduate from a reputed national/foreign university with working experience in e-commerce industry
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar role in e-commerce industry
- Hands-on experience in device & electronics product would be considered as added advantage
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and customer analytics with the capability of drawing conclusions
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Strong in oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Well-networking and connections with partners/OEMs and importers is a good-to-have
- Ability to work well with limited supervision and with limited resources
- Hands-on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally
