Job description
- Develop Adolescent Development Programmes’(ADP) and MCLC expansion plan implementation strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s strategies
- Provide necessary guidance, and supervise field operations, curriculum development and capacity development for the composite programmes
- Develop project proposals for raising fund and prepare progress reports for development partners
- Review income, expenses, budget reports and financial status of the programme; analyses all the problems in those areas and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Network/ liaise with internal and external development partners & Govt. for their support for effective implementation of the programmes
- Pilot new initiatives and scale up the activities
- Develop policy guideline and ongoing quality service in the ADP and MCLC clubs/centers.
- Develop systems and monitor for ensuring fee recovery and transparency in financial management

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- Masters in Science/ Social Science/ Business/ Education discipline from any recognised university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years experience
Additional Job Requirements:
- Providing support to Empowerment of adolescent girls’ project under Women Affairs, Department of Bangladesh Government as a project implementation Committee member.
- Member of Advisory Committee for developing National Adolescent Strategy and Action Framework by MOWCA
- Member of steering committee for developing National Strategy for Adolescent Health under the leadership of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
- Member, EMF & Coordination, BEP
- Liaise with other GO/NGOs agencies
