Odommo Bangladesh foundation ( Known as Mojar School ) is a Non-profitable organization working for the Street Children since January 10, 2013 with the goal of making a Street Child free Bangladesh. Odommo Bangladesh Foundation is authorized by the government and it is assuring nutrition, education, technology, medical treatment and safe home along with all other accessories for all the Street Child.
Job Position: Human Resources Managers
Responsibilities:
1. Policy making for various departments (must have 1 year experience in this)
2. Preparing stuff contract, joining letter, application, receiving CV and preserving them
3. Managing the whole recruiting system
4. Ensuring the documents filing system and update it
5. Arranging meeting and workshop for encouraging the stuff
6. Ensuring stuff update and information and preparing report on it
7. Ensuring high confidentiality for all document and HR policyJob Type: Half-time
Working Hour: 8.30 Am – 1.30 Pm, 5 Hours ( 6 Days / Week )

Eligibilities
- Must have completed Honors or Masters (or equivalent) in Management
- Capable in working with Microsoft Office Program (Latest Version)
- Must have 1 year experience in Human resource sector
