The concept of social business has been created by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, with the intention to find solutions for society’s most pressing needs. To increase awareness for this topic and to shape the social business community, the Global Social Business Summit (GSBS) was established.
For nine years the Global Social Business Summit has been the worldwide leading forum for social business bringing together experts from private sectors, civil society, governments & academia to further advance the idea of social business. This is the 9th edition of the Global Social Business Summit.It is their mission to connect key players and creative spirits from all around the world in order to think and discuss how social business can contribute to create a world without poverty and unemployment
