Robotics is now the world’s fastest-growing technological sector. With billions of dollars and countless hours of hard work spent on making robots that make life easier for people, robots that are capable of interstellar travel and many other activities, it is only fitting for people to keep up with the world.
Thus, Nerd Community in collaboration with American International University-Bangladesh(AIUB) brings you “Robotics Workshop 1.0”. This workshop shall introduce the young enthusiastic minds to the world of robotics. How does robotics work? Why people need robots and how to make robots? The workshop shall also enlighten the minds through Arduino and Raspberry Pi. The essentials of robotics for beginners and pros alike.
Nerd Community believes in the students reaching new heights and breaking glass ceilings. Robotics is the future. The future is now. The organizer wants the young minds to be well versed in the modern world and learn the trade of the future. Thus, along with AIUB Robotic Crew (ARC) they hope to unravel the mysteries of robotics at humble levels.
This workshop focuses on the development of simple robots, information on University Rover Challenge (URC) and NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge, guided by AIUB Robotic Crew (ARC).
AIUB Robotic Crew (ARC) is a team of undergraduate students from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) who is passionate about the field of robotics.
This workshop is ARC’s initiative to guide high school students through the basics of building a robot, familiarizing them with the most common microprocessor of today- Arduino, and Raspberry Pi, which is a small, single-board computer. Learn how to use their wide range of functionalities to build awesome projects. ARC aims to encourage students from secondary and high school level to participate in robotics engineering and competitions, including URC and NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge.
Let the inner tech enthusiast inside you lose. Explore the world of robotics! Hurry up and register now!
