ApplyBoard is Looking for GTE Professional 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
1. GTE Process & Compliance:
- Act as the GTE expert for the Australian team, ensuring compliance with the Australian Government’s Direction 69.
- Understand and document the GTE process for each partner institution.
- Stay up to date on evolving GTE policies and visa regulations.
- Evaluate Statements of Purpose (SOPs) to ensure completeness and compliance with school and visa requirements.
2. Student Support & Assessment:
- Provide constructive feedback on SOPs to strengthen student applications.
- Conduct GTE interviews to assess students’ genuine intentions for studying in Australia.
- Identify concerns in applications and provide coaching and guidance to improve acceptance chances.
- Request and review additional supporting documents to enhance student applications.
- Make final assessments on GTE eligibility and communicate results to students.
3. Collaboration & Decision-Making:
- Inform the CX Australian team on whether applications should be submitted or withdrawn based on GTE suitability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, recruitment partners, and educational institutions.
- Continuously improve processes and best practices in the GTE evaluation and submission process.

- Building positive relationships with students, RPs and schools
- Creative Thinking and Problem Solving
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding requirements and translating them for students
- Providing constructive feedback
- Creating processes and continually improvement of processes
- Previous experience in customer experience ideally in a role that involved coaching/interviewing clients in some capacity
- Core Competencies: Accountable, Verbal & Written Communication, Student/Customer Orientation, Problem solving/Good Judgement, Teamwork and Collaboration, Self-directed, Decisive.
