Citi is looking for a Cash & Trade Processing Manager (C12) 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Provide operational leadership to the Bangladesh TSP team.
- Oversee daily activities, assign workloads, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with Citi’s Risk & Control policies and processes.
- Motivate and mentor team members to drive efficiency and excellence.
2. Client Service & Trade Operations:
- Act as a primary point of escalation for internal and external clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade transactions.
- Conduct Quarterly Client Service Reviews with a focus on client scorecards.
- Work with Product and Sales teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Educate clients on reducing discrepancies in documentation and promote Straight Through Processing (STP).
3. Performance Monitoring & Compliance:
- Develop and review metrics to track team and client performance.
- Ensure client satisfaction by improving service quality and response times.
- Work in partnership with TTS Implementations, Sales, Product, and Technical teams for new client onboarding.
- Maintain strong focus on controls and compliance to mitigate risks.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in Trade Operations/Services.
- OR, Postgraduate degree (preferably in Finance) with 6 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
- Expertise in risk and compliance management.
- Experience in client relationship management and trade operations.
