BAT is looking for Senior HR Manager – IR & Change 2025 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationship internally and externally by networking across levels, multiple stakeholders (Company Leadership Team, Manufacturing Top Team, Operations Managers, Government Stakeholders, Elected Union Leaders (CBA), and Unionized Shop Floor Employees) and contribute in greater team activities.
  • Trade Union relations management.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and government stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage own team, guide, and develop them with proper supervision. (4 direct reports)
  • Ensure right people experience

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s/master’s degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources in a corporate organization with proven experience in managing HR processes and IR.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building credible relationships at all levels.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and cultural initiatives within large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
