Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales team, while driving growth and ensuring the smooth running of the Learning Center.
- Manage staff schedules, task distribution, and ensure accountability among team members.
- Lead conflict and crisis mitigation efforts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure the security and proper maintenance of the center’s floors and assets.
- Approve purchases and manage inventory effectively to support operational needs
- Supervise daily cash flow and conduct monthly budgeting to ensure financial health.
- Perform regular business audits to identify areas for financial optimization and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive office records and archives, including accounts, student admissions, asset management, and attendance records for both teachers and students.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure educational excellence and student satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development among staff.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any UGC approved university in the country.
- Proven track record of success in branch management, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
- Previous experience in saleswill receive priority.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business audits.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational management software.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
