Research Triangle Institute (RTI) is looking for Implementation Coordinator 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Implementation Director to implement activities and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and donor requirements.
- Liaise with team at national, regional and district levels to facilitate the smooth implementation of health systems strengthening interventions
- Collaborates with colleagues across RTI and SLLHS activity on technical, administrative, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensures best practices and lessons learned are captured and disseminated across project.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and other stakeholder engagement events as required.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for project activities, including venue booking, travel arrangements, procurement of materials, and equipment.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, and maintaining project documentation
- Collaborate closely with other project team members, including technical experts, MEL specialists, and finance/administration staff, to ensure integrated project delivery.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, master’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in project coordination, implementation, or management, particularly in the health sector or international development context.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and project partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability and willingness to work throughout Bangladesh required.
