Research Triangle Institute (RTI) is looking for HR Officer 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting jobs, shortlisting all incoming applications, and coordinating further review by Senior HR Manager or Hiring Manager, as required.
- Conduct prescreening of candidates, as required.
- Arrange interview schedules, ensure interview scorecards are available
- Conduct reference checks, verify entries in candidates’ application form, and collect the candidates’ necessary documents.
- Manage HRIS including data entries, data updates and generating reports, ensuring its accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and control personnel files, both in hardcopies and softcopies, and ensure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Support coordination of employee professional development training, as necessary, and Wellness program for staff.
- Manage leave records for all project staff, ensuring individual leave balance records are kept up to date
- Collect staff timesheets, ensuring timeliness of submission and compilation for payroll processing
- Assist in the procurement of a medical and life insurance provider, and administration of medical insurance coverage for staff, including renewal procedures
- Perform other HR support functions as assigned.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
- Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations is an advantage.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work hands-on, independently, and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all clients, peers, and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a decentralized program structure, including supporting regional or district offices is preferred.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
