Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain day to day IT requirements for the whole enterprise
- Support all key areas of business including level 1/2 business/user requests, End User Devices, Physical and Virtual Servers, telephony systems, monitoring systems, and corporate enterprise systems.
- Support all aspects of user identity management including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, cloud-based systems access etc.
- Implement security best practices and respond to active.
- Design, implement, and maintain the cloud and on-premises infrastructure for Ding, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Define and document support procedures for the NOC team.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the systems and networks, resolving issues and incidents in a timely manner.

Eligibilities
- At least 2 years of experience as a systems administrator or a similar
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including migration, deployment, security, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems, such as Ubuntu and CentOS, and virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.
- Ability to manage Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and other network
- Experience in scripting languages, such as Powershell, and automation tools, such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Familiarity with IT standards and regulations, such as ISO27001 and PCI DSS, and best practices for security and compliance.
- Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Architect, are an advantage.
