Foodpanda is looking for Specialist, Account Management 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homechefs. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Ensure homechefs to participate on weekly campaigns, mega campaigns as well as month long product wise deals.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, sales, growth) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate homechefs on new products and features, driving adoption and utilization.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by homechefs. Act as a liaison between homechefs and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, homechefs feedback, and market analysis.
- Revive inactive homechefs to ongoing partnership by contract negotiation or by solving the issue.

Eligibilities
- The candidate is required to have a BBA degree in any field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, key account management, sales.
- Strong communication skills and an assertive approach to negotiations.

- Results-driven mentality with a focus on business outcomes and strategic planning
