10 Minute School is looking for Executive, Class Operations 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Class Operations (LIVE and Record Class) efficiently by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the LIVE classes in the system (App/Zoom/OBS/Other relevant software).
- Solving tech-related issues regarding LIVE classes and liaising with the product team.
- Managing the new joiners and training them to achieve the team goal.
- Monitoring the studio coordinator’s daily tasks and reporting to the team lead.
- Ensuring daily operational data input, analysis & reporting
- Assist and communicate with other team members to develop strategic operations goals.

Eligibilities
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in science or closely related fields.
- In-depth Knowledge of Live-Streaming (Streaming Software- OBS, Streamyard, Restream, Onestream etc).
- Strong communication skills(both written and verbal) are essential for effective interaction. Also, Expertise in event management is preferable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Expertise at MS Office, Zoom, G-Suite applications etc.
- An awareness of current trends and visions in the relevant EdTech industry.
