Job Responsibilities:
Business Objectives
- Shape and drive long term P&E agenda in line with company SLA
- Lead the P&E engagement team to work with key stakeholders i.e. policy makers and think tanks to ensure BAT’s P&E agenda is understood and accepted while preparing revenue decisions by the government.
- Ensure BAT’s P&E agenda is aligned with Government’s long-term ambition by developing and furnishing relevant insights. Able to interpret macro-economic outlook and government’s long-term plans which will impact BAT’s P&E ambition.
- Provide the business with timely fiscal insights/updates adhering to engagement guidelines and Company SOBC to support decision-making
- Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders to execute engagements
- Manage execution of the internal & external Fiscal Engagement strategy and action plans

- Support cross functional team in driving common agenda
- Engagement with BD LT
- Provide support to younger team members.
- Support the development of team members within the department
- Act with integrity keeping compliance at the core

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Atleast 7 years experience in FMCG business
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or similar background.
- Ability to engage with Senior Policy Makers, Think-Tanks as well as Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Ability to understand end to end business and derive fiscal agenda to deliver company ambitions.
- Ability to work in complex matrix cross functional environment.
- Forward looking and ability to keep pace with high performing teams.
- Influencing and motivating skills for internal and external relationship management.
