Philip Morris International is looking for Manager SFP (Brand Strategy) 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the project portfolio management for SFP commercial programs, projects and initiatives, working in close collaboration with Future Growth Markets Category teams
- Develop insights and identify opportunities to design experiences and programs on user acquisition and retention including Learn, Find, Try, Buy, Use, Convert and Bond experiences. Develop these programs in line with consumer journey states, episodes, opportunities and consumer current or future unmet needs
- Continuously monitor program portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement, to optimize offer, process and consumer experience across the relevant components of the Consumer Journey
- Develop insights and opportunities to improve holistic multi-category consumer journey. Developing categories so as to grow user acquisition and share of moments
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle (KPIs, ROI, impact). Liase with Future Growth Markets Category teams and other market teams to increase awareness and learn/share best practices. Gather feedback and present insights. Report on program performance to executive team, including proposals to improve KPIs and User Experience across different stages of the Consumer Journey
- Support Country and Commercial managers to develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, critical paths, final deliverables, risks and resources/ budget available
- Participate and provide valuable inputs to build commercial strategy, OB and budgets for SFP, while optimizing cost and efficiencies of the programs
- Lead prioritization of commercial initiatives and projects across the commercial portfolio, focus on reaching scale while ensuring efficiencies in resource management across the organizati

Job Requirements:
• Solid experience in brand marketing, ideally in Tobacco/ Nicotine products or at least FMCG is preferred. Experience in new product launch will be an advantage
• Creative, passionate, and good sense of collaborating

• Have a good interpersonal communication skill
