Siemens Energy is looking for Project Manager (Gas Service) 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.
- Act as the customer’s single point of contact for management of the LTPs and standard business. Monitor and drive improvement of Key Performance Indicators (unit availability & reliability, revenue & margin, customer satisfaction).
- Identify and acquire appropriate resources needed, ensure that these resources are sufficiently provided to the project.
- Lead project teams, provide directions and make sound business judgement.
- Collaborate with external and internal collaborators to plan, schedule and complete outages, including management of part deliveries, seizing upsell opportunities and implementing risk mitigation measures where required.
- Create and maintain documentation according to our quality management process.
- Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationship.
- Set an example in driving zero harm culture.
- Minimize non-conformance costs and ensure recording and communication of lessons learned.
- Involvement in the proposal stage of projects, including negotiation of contracts and supporting the development of bids.

Eligibilities
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management for power generation business or rotating equipment.
- Experience with risk mitigation, and risk and opportunity management strongly preferred.
- Proficient in contract and claim management for power generation projects, including negotiation.
- Good analytical, decision making and communication skills.
- Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable project execution.
- Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS project. Experience in using project management tools is a plus.
- Availability to travel regularly to project locations, domestically and abroad.
- Bangladeshi National / Full working permit for Bangladesh.
