Telenor Group is hiring Head of User Experience (UX) 2024 in BD-GPHouse.
Job Responsibility:
- You will lead the design team to drive a user centered design mindset across the organization. Ensuring UX is prioritized by working with Leadership to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses, and embed better cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for managing the UX Designers and teams for UX Research and driving performance across the design team through coaching, mentoring & setting high standards.
- Working closely with Senior Leadership, you’ll understand business goals and translate them into design team objectives and key results which are aligned with the needs of end-users.
- You’ll champion all areas of user centered design, including product design, content design, user research and accessibility. You’re proactive in your approach to discovering the areas in which design can deliver customer and business value and actively advocate for user centered design throughout the organization.

- 10 years experience in relevant field and 3 years experience in managing Design teams demonstrating a proven ability to lead and execute a design strategy
- Expert knowledge of design practices; product design, content design, user research and accessibility
- Curious and proactive; you don’t wait to be invited and will knock on the door to get involved in things that you believe you can add value
- Connection builder; see value in understanding other parts of the business to understand context
- Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decisions up to CXO level
- Comfortable in ambiguity & dealing with uncertainty
- Pragmatic approach to how design has impact in a large, complex organization
- Demonstrate a passion for your craft; outward looking, identifying opportunities through networking & understanding external best practice.
