Job Responsibilities :
- Define and drive formulation digital strategy, leveraging on continuous iterative research technological changes, digital trends, competition landscape and customer needs to develop country’s best digital solutions & services.
- Define a product vision and strategy for bdapps business. This encompasses defining value propositions, product positioning, and offerings that users will be willing to pay for in the context of member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Driving an innovation and product development process, working from the identification of a base customer need to be addressed, developing a product vision, proving market fit through in market incubation and product iteration, and scaling the product in market.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders of Bangladesh mobile network operators, ICT ministry and BTRC to drive bdapps – the national app-store of Bangladesh.

Job Requirements :
Passion to own new technology and drive it to monetization.
- Strong attention to detail, with demonstrable abilities in analytics, data-driven decision-making, roadmap prioritization and superb design sensibility
- Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to tackle and translate complex business problems into simple solutions.
- Digital Project Management Tool like Jira
- UI/UX Modeling Tool to craft customer journey
- People Management for Digitally Native resources
- Strong Execution Excellence, preferably proven by CSPO, CSM/PMP Certified
- Working experience in developing digital or success metrics
