Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance management of the MDs’ Office scope, including goal alignment process, evaluating performance, and driving interventions.
- Act as a “bridge” between local leadership and regional stakeholders to 1) Discuss country performance, 2) Align support from functions, and 3) Align and drive strategic priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (commercial, sales, operations, marketing, etc.) in Bangladesh on high-impact projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support the MD in decision-making and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the MD on various cross-functional initiatives, encompassing OKR evaluations, preparation and review of Investment Proposals, active engagement in WBRs, analysis of insights derived from discussions, and involvement in other associated projects.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, founder’s office, project management or a related role.
- Proven track record in leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
