Job Requirements:
- orchestrate and enhance education interventions for Rohingya refugees
- report directly to the Inter-Sector Coordination Group (ISCG)
- collaborate closely with UNICEF
- ensure a cohesive and impactful response to education needs
- coordinating with a wide array of stakeholders
- conducting thorough assessments
- devising comprehensive sector plans
- advocating tirelessly for education priorities
- meticulously monitoring funding opportunities
- play a crucial role in capacity building within the sector
- assessing technical capacities of sector members and developing tailored capacity development plans to enhance the quality and standardization of the education response
- foster collaborative and transparent relationships with a diverse range of partners, including national and international NGOs, government agencies, and donor representatives, to ensure alignment and synergy in our collective efforts
- influence policy, shape strategy, and drive tangible impact, ultimately contributing to the holistic well-being and empowerment of Rohingya communities.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in cluster/sector coordination, with a focus on emergency response.
- Prior experience in first phase emergency response is essential.
- Proven experience in high-level coordination and chairing of meetings.
- Familiarity with applying INEE Minimum Standards and other relevant frameworks in education in emergencies.
- Experience in assessing Education Sector partners’ capacities to develop and implement capacity-building plans for quality improvement.
- Demonstrable understanding of international humanitarian response and coordination mechanisms.
- Knowledge of opportunities for integrated or cross-cutting humanitarian interventions with other sectors and Clusters.
- Understanding of initiatives like the World Humanitarian Summit Agenda and the Education Can Not Wait Multi-Year Fund Process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, along with flexibility and cultural sensitivity, are essential for success in this role.
- Post Graduation Degree, preferably in Education, Disaster Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
