10 Minute School is Looking for Program Coordinator (IELTS)-2024 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign classes to IELTS program teachers based on their expertise and availability.
  • Supervise and evaluate class quality to ensure adherence to standards and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to improve student performance and teacher effectiveness.
  • Evaluate current curriculum materials and resources, recommending updates or changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and students to design and maintain the academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with program goals and student needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers regarding instructional methods, materials, and student engagement techniques.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss program progress, address concerns, and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor student progress and performance, implementing interventions as necessary to support student success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in IELTS testing requirements to inform program enhancements.
  • Provide 1-1 student consultations if required.

Eligibilities

  • Graduation from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh
  • Individuals must have previously appeared in the IELTS examination with a minimum band score of 7.
  • Previous experience in managing educational programs will receive priority
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with students and teachers, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
