10 Minute School is Looking for Program Coordinator (Spoken English)-2024 in Dhaka
Job Resposibilities:
- Conduct 8-10 Spoken English program classes per month
- Assign classes to Spoken English program teachers based on their expertise and availability.
- Supervise and evaluate class quality to ensure adherence to standards and objectives.
- Develop strategies to improve student performance and teacher effectiveness.
- Evaluate current curriculum materials and resources, recommending updates or changes as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and students to design and maintain the academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with program goals and student needs.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers regarding instructional methods, materials, and student engagement techniques.
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss program progress, address concerns, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Monitor student progress and performance, implementing interventions as necessary to support student success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices to inform program enhancements.
- Coordinating parent-teacher meetings to share academic progress of students and discuss way forward
- Provide 1-1 student consultations if required

Eligibilities
Qualifications:
- Graduation from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh
- Individuals with high IELTS or TOEFL scores are preferred
- Previous experience in teaching and managing Spoken English programs will receive priority
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and teachers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing program needs.
